To obtain a clean product, soil and stones must be removed after harvest or before processing. DT Dijkstra offers solutions that are tailor-made for the application.
Washers from DT Dijkstra can be combined with a stone/clod separator or a floating part separator, which can be mounted directly on the drum washing machine or as separate modules. In addition to wet cleaning, various dry cleaning modules are available that are placed in the wet cleaning process.
Optimally tailored
Depending on the required capacity, a standard version of five to eighty tons per hour is available. Within this range, the drum diameter ranges from one to two meters and the drum length from three to eight meters. The drum is available in a cylindrical, hexagonal and octagonal shape, made of perforated sheet steel in various perforation shapes or with a slat bottom, depending on the product. The well-considered design of the distinctive drum shape and bottom ensures optimal cleaning intensity for each individual product and every circumstance.
Smart, user-friendly software
The machines are supplied with an autonomous HMI-controlled electrical installation. The clear touchscreen operation allows simple and quick adjustment of all machine functions. The software is provided with pre-programmed set-up programmes with which you can easily set different levels of contamination of the product.
