New grading and bunker installations are being built by DT Dijkstra at Dahlhoff Feinkost in Germany. Dahlhoff is a large industrial processor of potato and other vegetable products. The grading installation will have a capacity of 35 tons per hour and include a dry precleaning process. The two bunker installations will have capacities of 35 and 17 tons per hour respectively and be equipped with wall fall breakers. The logistics are so efficient that throughput times will be very short.
